The types of projects we can undertake include:
- Strategy Development – usually this is about developing a realistic and fact-based strategy for a business to maximise its growth potential and value in dynamic global markets and industry ecosystems.
- Business Model Design and Business Planning – usually this is about translating a well-founded growth strategy into a detailed business plan that defines specific initiatives to realise the value in the strategy and quantifies the resources (i.e. people, capital) required to implement them. The business plan forms the basis for approaching potential investors for the capital required.
- Implementation Assistance – providing highly skilled and experienced project leaders to help implement and manage specific initiatives in the business plan, such as strategic alliances and market entry.

Note that these are all fee-based services. Under the rules of the AusIndustry COMET program we can only provide them to clients who are not current COMET clients of ours. For our clients who are currently in the COMET program, we can introduce them to appropriate independent service providers capable of providing similar services and which can be paid using COMET funds.
