Screening & Due Diligence
We can provide our services to assist investors and corporations with their opportunity screening and due diligence activities.
In the course of our own business, we conduct stage-2 screening of 100 - 200 early-stage tech ventures that are referred to us each year. We then conduct stage-3 due diligence on the 20-30 of these that pass our stage-2 screen. The criteria and process we apply are similar to those an investor or acquirer would apply. Members of our team also have experience conducting due diligence and preparing investment recommendations and business cases for: venture capital investment projects; acquisition projects; and other strategic corporate projects.
